Kristen is Attached to "Expendables" Spin-Off "Expendabelles"??

Kristen is attached to an all-female spin-off to "The Expendables".

Movie Web:

Titled Expendabelles, the film will begin shooting in the very near future. No production start date was mentioned, but it's believed to be kicking off in early 2014, with shooting to take place in Bulgaria's Boyana cinema center.

Here is what Lerner had to say about the project, claiming that it will be twice as action-packed as any of The Expendables sequels.

"The action movie will be spectacular - and in nothing inferior to the three male movies of the The Expendables. There will be battles, special and visual effects and stunts - the spectacle will be equivalent to what Sylvester StalloneArnold SchwarzeneggerJason StathamHarrison FordMel GibsonBruce Willis and Jean-Claude Van Damme have done...Two excellent screenwriters are already working on the picture. Now we are in search of a female director."

The story is set to take place in Brunei, with the women going up against a villain in the richest country in the world. Cameron Diaz is known or her action work in Charlie's Angels and its sequel. Milla Jovovich is one of Hollywood's biggest action stars with the highly successfulResident Evil franchise under her belt. Though, this will be the first big action picture for Oscar-winner Meryl Streep, known primarily for taking on dramas and lighthearted comedies.

Other actresses mentioned or rumored for the project include Gina CaranoKristen Stewart,Michelle Yeoh and Sigourney Weaver. Its entirely possible that a Expendabelles Vs. The Expendables is on the way as well.

This looks interesting! Let's hope we get more information soon, and that Kristen agrees to do it!
