According to Grammys.com, the full nominations list will be up at 2 PM EST:
The Recording Academy will kick off the 57th Annual GRAMMY Awards nominations on Friday, Dec. 5 with four categories announced live on "CBS This Morning." Following, a series of nominations will be announced via Twitter. At 2 p.m. ET, a list of nominations in 82 of 83 categories will be posted on this page, with Album Of The Year nominees to be revealed on "A Very GRAMMY® Christmas," which will air on CBS at 9–10 p.m. ET/PT.
The Grammys air on Sunday, February 8 at 8/7c on CBS.
