"Equals" Director Mentions Kristen

When I talked to you at Sundance last year, you mentioned that “Like Crazy” was about the past, “Breathe In” was about the present, and your next project—which I assume you are way farther along on by now—would be about the future, a sci-fI piece.
It’s more futuristic; it’s not really sci-fi. Maybe it was at the time, but it’s sort of changed a little bit. As I said, it’s fun to try something totally different. And for me, this is an exciting and kind of scary departure. So I’m excited to be working from a script, written by Nathan Parker—I kind of had a loose idea for it, and I brought it to him, and we started collaborating on it, and he wrote the movie.



So what will it be like? Can you tell us about the new movie?
Yeah, I mean, it’s just a bigger movie. It’s kind of hard to explain. It's still very intimate, and still very performance-based, but at the same time, it's a broader concept, and it's a much bigger idea.

What can you tell us about your cast?
It's Kristen Stewart and Nick Hoult, and they are fantastic. I think people are going to see a very different side of them than they've seen before. We're just going to get in and try to make something really unique and really special. We're shooting later this year.

DOUGLAS DOES ‘LIBRARY’ CHECKOUT

Michael Douglas is showing support for his “Behind the Candelabra” director Steven Soderbergh, who is returning to the stage this week at the Public Theater to direct Scott Z. Burns’ “The Library.” Chloe Grace Moretz stars in the play in her stage debut. The cast, which includes Jon Hamm’s long-time girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt, Tamara Tunie andLili Taylor, had their first audience Tuesday night. We hear Douglas, along with Kristen Stewart, stopped by rehearsals.

John Leguizamo Joins AMERICAN ULTRA

The Wrap:
John Leguizamo is set to join Jesse Eisenberg and Kristen Stewart in the action-comedy “American Ultra,” an individual familiar with the project told TheWrap.
Nima Nourizadeh (“Project X”) is directing from a script by Max Landis (“Chronicle”). Likely Story's Anthony Bregman will produce with Circle of Confusion's David Alpert and Britton Rizzio. Production is scheduled to start in April.
Eisenberg stars as a stoner with a past that makes him the target of a government operation to eliminate him, while Stewart will play his girlfriend.
Uma Thurman and Walton Goggins co-star in the film, which will find Leguizamo playing a character named Brad Gage.
Leguizamo, who recently co-starred in “Kick-Ass 2” and “Ride Along,” will soon be seen in Jon Favreau's “Chef” and the Shakespeare adaptation “Cymbeline.” He's repped by UTA and Silver Lining Entertainment.

AWESOME! So Mark Zuckerberg, Snow White, and Sid (from Ice Age) will be in this movie! Who else?! This movie sounds incredible!

Paramore set to Play in San Diego,CA this May for Channel 933's "Summer Kick Off Concert"

Channel 933, San Diego radio station, have announced the line-up for their annual Summer Kick Off Concert revealing that Paramore will join this event! The show takes place at the Sleep Train Amphitheatre on May 9th and Paramore will share the stage with Fall Out Boy, Ed Sheeran, Chris Brown and more. Tickets go on sale on Friday, March 28.
