HIGH LIFE: Robert Pattinson's Film Set to Film in Cologne in April 2016

KFTV.com reports more information regarding High Life, starring Robert Pattinson and directed by Claire Denis. The film begins shooting in Cologne in April, 2016.

French director Claire Denis’ English-language feature debut, High Life, is set to shoot in Cologne in April.

The film stars Robert Pattinson and Mia Goth, and centres on a group of criminals who run into trouble in space having accepted a mission to be the guinea pigs in a human reproduction experiment.

High Life marks another first, as novelist Zadie Smith (White Teeth, On Beauty) makes her screenwriting debut, working alongside her writer husband Nick Laird and Denis. The producers are Laurence Clerc, Oliver Dungey, Christoph Friedel, Claudis Steffen and Olivier Théry-Lapiney.

In case you missed more updates on the film, Mia Goth and Patricia Arquette have joined the cast.

NEW MOVIE ALERT: Kristen Stewart and Chloe Sevigny for Lizzie Borden Murder Mystery

NEW MOVIE ALERT FOR KRISTEN STEWART!!!!! She and Chloe Sevigny are in early negotiations for the film about the grizzly murders of Lizzie Borden's family, with director Pieter Van Hees (Waste Land). The Hollywood Reporter states:

Chloe Sevigny and Kristen Stewart will help tell the tale of Lizzie Borden.

Pieter Van Hees, who helmed the 2014 film Waste Land, will direct the new untitled psychological thriller about the grizzly murders of the Borden family. Bryce Kass will write the script.

Sevigny will play Borden, the strange and fragile woman who was infamously tried and acquitted for murdering her father and stepmother with an ax in 1892. The film will explore the events that led up to that night.

Stewart, who is in early negotiations, will play the Borden's live-in maid, Bridget Sullivan. Sullivan was a witness to the family tension, and may have been in the home when the murders were committed. She testified at the trial.

The crime was salacious and notorious for the age, inspiring many children's rhymes, such as: Lizzie Borden took an axe/and gave her mother 40 whacks/when the job was finally done/gave her father 41. It also spawned many theories about who committed them or why; one theory insinuates Borden and Sullivan were lovers.

PERSONAL SHOPPER: Scooter Expert Phillippe Monaret Talks Coaching Kristen Stewart

Kristen Stewart's scooter coach Phillipe Monneret talks about her experience training with the motorcycle for her film Personal Shopper in Paris, with People Magazine.

It was far from an average day on set for Kristen Stewart as she began filming her new movie Personal Shopper in Paris on Tuesday.

The actress was spotted popping out of Cartier on the rue de la Paix, clad in a motorcycle helmet and juggling a number of shopping bags from the jewelry store and Christian Louboutin as she filmed a scene. Stewart then straddled a motor scooter while still juggling the merchandise and drove out into traffic, heading off toward the city's famed opera house.

The sequence was surprisingly daunting for the Twilight star: Her scooter-driving skills were fresh.

Stewart arrived in Paris over the weekend, and before boarding the bike on set (and driving into real city traffic) had only one day of experience.

French motorcycle racer Phillipe Monneret, who coached the star, tells PEOPLE the actress had a three-hour driving session on Monday at a closed circuit track in Meudon to prepare. This was followed by one hour of real time driving on the Paris streets before Tuesday.

"She took to it, picked it up, real quickly. It seems to amuse her," Monneret tells PEOPLE. "She's really very athletic."

Monneret had Stewart ride a 125 cc motorcycle to give her the feel and teach her the basics. For Personal Shopper, the actress will mount a Peugeot 50 cc scooter.

"It's a smaller bike and she's doing well with it," he says, adding, "She's very game. Nothing put her off."

Stewart's on-the-street scenes continue this week before the production – which unites her with her Sils Maria director Olivier Assayas – heads on to London, Prague and Oman.

Monneret, who has coached a number of French actors for driving roles, says Stewart was the first American actress he'd trained.

"I know she'd won a Cesar but I'd no idea who she was," he confesses, "My daughters though, they know."

Personal Shopper is a ghost story set in the fashion underworld in Paris, according to Variety.

MENTIONS: Nicholas Hoult Talks Kristen Stewart at Venice Film Festival

Kristen Stewart's Equals co-star Nicholas Hoult mentions her in an interview with Plymouth Herald.

He's already shot Equals, a thriller set in a world where emotions have been eradicated, which also stars Twilight's Kristen Stewart.

There was speculation that they might be more than just co-stars when the pair were spotted looking close and laughing together at the Venice Film Festival.

"I must've said something funny," Hoult offers, grinning. He describes the shoot as "phenomenal".

"Kristen and Drake [Doremus, the director] are two of my favourite people I've worked with, really inspiring to be around and I'm proud of the film."
