Weekly Update #1 (Nov. 12-18) : Hayley Williams on Forbes, Kristen Stewart Presenting Awards, Robert Pattinson and Jamie Bell on ACTORS ON ACTORS

I decided to try something different with the blog this week and do a wrap-up post for all the events that happened with Paramore, Rob and Kristen from November 12-18 (Sunday-Saturday). It's kind of like what some other fansites do, linking back to their own content, but I'm linking to content that I'm a fan of.

Congratulations are in order for Hayley Williams! She was featured in Forbes' 30 Under 30, which acknowledges young talent under the age of 30. At 28 (they got her age wrong at 29), she has been busy in 2017 with the launch of Paramore's latest Top 5 album After Laughter, and the growth of her vegan hair dye brand goodDYEyoung. A major role model across various fields, she is the only Rock act included.
As a teenager, Paramore's big-voiced frontwoman led the rockers to their first multi-platinum record with "Riot!" in 2007. The band has released three more studio albums and in 2015 became the first female-fronted group since 1999 to win the Grammy for Best Rock Song. Known for her brightly-colored locks, Williams launched a semi-permanent hair color company, goodDYEyoung, in 2016.
So so so proud of Hayley on Forbes!! Congrats!! ♥ ♥

Robert

Rob has been go-go-go this week, heavily promoting Good Time with the Safdie Brothers. This week, he attended the Academy Of Motion Picture Arts And Sciences’ 9th Annual Governors Awards. He looked mighty fine in his badass Dior Homme suit!

Rob also attended Variety's Actors on Actors special with his friend, actor Jamie Bell. Yes, friends, Rob and Jamie did an Actors on Actors segment!! I feel like this pairing was well executed; they have done interview-like specials before, like in Interview Magazine back in 2015. So this Actors on Actors special should be something good. Plus, I'm a frequent watcher of the series on YouTube, so you know I'm really excited!!

Kristen

Kristen Stewart attended the Come Swim premiere in Los Angeles, along with producer David Shapiro. She talked with NY Times about her directorial debut, as well as taking two months off acting (😢😢😢) to write new projects. She also plans to turn Come Swim into a feature film.

I was making movies before I was watching (a lot) of movies,"she says. "So I knew how significant it was to protect something precious really young. I saw people doing it and it seemed like this honor-bound commitment that everyone shared and there was one person spearheading it. When a movie's really good, there's a singular, very particular perspective that everyone is servicing, and I always just wanted to hold that."

Kristen attended the American Cinematheque event honoring Amy Adams in LA on November 10. It was a small On the Road reunion, considering they were in the 2012 indie movie together. It was cute seeing awesome women supporting each other!

Speaking of supporting women, Kristen also attended the Museum of Modern Art Film Benefit honoring Julianne Moore. She and Moore have a long history of friendship and love, being mother and daughter in the 2014 drama Still Alice. It was lovely seeing Kristen support her "mom" for a special event.
